Luxury Condominiums for Halifax!Every so often in this business I am surprised. One of these surprises happened a few months ago when Joe Ross from GJR Developments came to my office to ask if I would be interested to talk about a new development he wanted to build. Joe explained to me that he had a vision for a piece of land on the Bedford Basin on the Dartmouth side of the Halifax harbour.
