PDF It takes some companies awhile to get it right. A lot of companies still think it is all about them, it’s not, its about their customer. Tradewinds Realty , A Nova Scotia real Estate Company, gets it right most of the time and now Home Loans Canada is getting it right too!
Homes Loans Canada has updated their web site and this time they got it right. They follow the “3 click rule”. I don’t know who made the rule, but it is simple. If the customer doesn’t get to where they want to go in “three mouse clicks” you will lose 90% of your potential clients. HLC has followed this rule to the Tee.
You can find their specialists page in 2 clicks and on the 3rd click you are ready to set your preferences. It is only 2 clicks to the online application or pre-qualifying options and a 3rd click to the application.
All the simple tools are 2 clicks away, like the down-payment calculator or the affordability calculator. Also they have four handy downloads including a moving checklist and a renovation checklist.
Home Loans Canada web site is easy to use and geared for the consumer.
And a final word for the Mortgage Specialist who asked me to have a look at his companies new site Jack Rowberry , Jack has always been very helpful to all my clients and I recommend him highly. But Jack, I do believe it is time for a new picture!
