Toronto looks to be well served by a Fraser Beach, the Broker for Select Plan Real Estate Inc. through his web log.
Like it or not, web logs are catching on. In a recent survey I conducted (actually, still running till Jan 23) one of the first comments was “the weblog is worthless”. I’m not sure why they left that comment. I have received several nice comments and encouragement from others. In any event we will soldier on.
Referring to my early survey results, 18.9% of Tradewinds survey participants are from Ontario. In that event it might be worth knowing that a very good web log is published by a Toronto Realtor, Fraser Beach, the broker for Select Plan Real Estate Inc. in Toronto.

I have reviewed Fraser’s blog called “Toronto at Home ~ A Real Estate Blog ” and I have to admit he might just sent a little more time on his blog than I do mine. Fraser has posted very good articles on MLS, real estate issues and the Toronto market and it is seamlessly connected to his real estate services. (go figure).

Fraser also received mention in PROFITguide.com for his efforts. If you are looking at the Toronto real estate market, keeping an eye of Fraser’s blog is a must.
